Overview

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to join our team on a large-scale Data Center construction project. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all logistics activities to ensure uninterrupted project execution in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all site and off-site logistics activities for the Data Center project.
  • Develop and implement logistics plans aligned with project schedules, construction sequencing, and critical milestones.
  • Coordinate the movement, storage, and handling of materials, equipment, including high-value and sensitive Data Center assets.
  • Manage supplier deliveries, laydown areas, warehousing, and just-in-time delivery strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, site access controls, and client logistics protocols.
  • Coordinate closely with Project Management, Construction, Procurement, and MEP teams to mitigate delays and constraints.
  • Manage subcontractor logistics performance and resolve site logistics issues proactively.
  • Maintain accurate logistics records, reports, and KPIs to support management decision-making.
  • Support customs clearance, transportation, and mobilization activities where required.
Required Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12–18 years of logistics experience within construction projects.
  • Mandatory experience on Data Center projects (mission-critical facilities).
  • Strong understanding of MEP logistics, critical equipment handling, and phased construction delivery.
  • Proven experience working in fast-track or complex construction environments.
  • Strong coordination, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
  • Proficiency in logistics planning tools, MS Excel, and reporting systems.
