• Record minutes and track action items in meetings.
• Serve as the primary contact for communications.
• Maintain, organize, and archive logistics files.
• Order office supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
• Support onboarding for new team members.
• Prepare logistics performance reports and compliance documentation.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Maintain customer and vendor databases.
