Job Description

Responsible for executing all on-ground and store-level marketing activities across the Central regional cluster. Acts as the field execution arm of the central marketing team, ensuring brand consistency, local activation quality, and effective communication between branches and marketing/Operation teams.

Qualifications – Must Have
  • Saudi National

  • Experience in field marketing or retail operations (1–2 years)

  • Ability to manage influencers and partnershipsBasic knowledge of reporting and analytics tools

  • Coordinate sampling, local activations, school and community partnerships.
  • Support store branding, new locations updates, and placement of promotional materials.
  • Coordinate and host influencer visits and local content opportunities when required.
  • Maintain, update, and monitor Google Maps (Google Business Profile) listings for all branches in the region.
  • Conduct regular branch visits to ensure execution quality and brand compliance.
  • Track competitor activities and local market movements within the region.
  • Provide structured weekly field reports, insights, and execution feedback.
  • Act as the main marketing point of contact for regional branch managers.
