Overview

A Local Content Project Manager oversees Local Content activities, ensuring compliance with defined policies and procedures throughout the contract lifecycle. You will strategize and implement initiatives to optimize Local Content, while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders to enhance performance and meet contractual commitments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all local content requirements initiatives across the business unit.
• Monitor and report on the implementation plan to ensure minimum committed scores are met.
• Develop strategies to address upcoming Local Content requirements.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and provide recommendations for rewards or penalties.
• Support government entities in reviewing proposals submitted by bidders.
• Update and upgrade data acquisition processes and set minimum Local Content thresholds for various projects.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Relationship Management and Communication.
• Strong skills in Risk Assessment and Management.
• Experience in Process Development and Data Collection/Analysis.
• Expertise in Supplier/Vendor Management.
• Proficient in Reporting and performance evaluation.
• Educational background in Economics, Management, Engineering, or related fields.
