We are currently hiring a Loader Operator to join our team in Medina, Africa. As a Loader Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery such as loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas. This is a physically demanding role that requires strong hand‑eye coordination, dexterity, and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment including loaders to load and unload materials at construction sites or other industrial areas
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the loader by conducting pre‑shift inspections and regular maintenance checks
• Manipulate levers, pedals, and switches to control movements of the loader
• Follow loading and unloading procedures to ensure proper distribution of materials on trucks or conveyor belts
• Communicate with truck drivers or other equipment operators to coordinate loading/unloading activities
• Monitor material stock levels and communicate any shortages or issues to the supervisor
• Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the loader
• Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Minimum of 2 years experience operating loaders in a construction or industrial setting
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals in English (basic understanding of English required)
• Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the day
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and depth perception for precise movement of the loader
• Familiarity with basic maintenance procedures for loaders is preferred
• Biometric passport preferred (or willing to obtain one)
• Must be able to work without accommodation (housing allowance provided)
