Job summary

Matar Al Baqmi Holding Company in Saudi Arabia seeks a QC Veterinarian to safeguard livestock health and welfare through rigorous quality control and veterinary services. Qualifications

DVM degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary practice, preferably in livestock quality control or agricultural settings.
Strong understanding of animal health and welfare standards, along with knowledge of relevant regulations.
Excellent observational and diagnostic skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Conduct regular health inspections of livestock to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
Implement and oversee quality control procedures relating to animal health, nutrition, and welfare.
Collaborate with agricultural and veterinary teams to develop and implement health monitoring programs.
Document and report findings on animal health and welfare to management, providing recommendations for improvements.
Ensure compliance with local and international veterinary health regulations and standards.
Conduct investigations into any health-related issues or non-conformance and develop corrective action plans.
Provide training and support to staff on best practices related to animal care and quality assurance.
