• Recruit, train, and lead a small central team (2–3 persons) as well as a few freelance Official Hosts (game hosts) to kick off the operation
• Identify and secure prime slots at football venues to run Stranger Soccer games
• Engage in creative sales and marketing digital and hands‑onto to ensure that customers are introduced to the platform as a convenient and preferred way to play
• Oversee a schedule of games, ensuring customers are delighted with each game they play, and keep coming back for more
