Job summary

Norconsult Telematics Limited is seeking a skilled legal professional to draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, with a focus on Site Lease agreements. You will advise on regulatory matters in Saudi Arabia and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.

The role requires strong Arabic and English writing skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases within deadlines. Experience with tenancy, landlord, and government matters is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in relevant field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi laws, regulations, and contractual requirements.
• Contract review and legal drafting.
• Claims, disputes, and legal issue management.
• Risk identification and legal/commercial assessment.
• Experience with landlord, municipality, permit, and government-related matters.
• Strong written and verbal Arabic and English.
• Negotiation and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prepare formal legal correspondence and notices.
• Strong documentation, tracking, and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities within agreed timelines.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
• Negotiating contracts with internal and external counterparts.
• Providing legal advice on Site Lease contractual issues.
• Maintaining excellent communication and writing across stakeholders.
• Updating contract databases and monitoring deadlines and expirations.
• Undertaking compliance checks and ensuring procedures are followed.
• Investigating and assessing risks affecting corporate operations.
• Keeping up to date with changes in laws and regulations.
• Implementing construct and maintaining procedures and documents as necessary.
• Reviewing and endorsing lease contracts between the company and landlords.
• Assisting Legal in document preparation and final reviews for signature.
• Liaising between site lease and legal for documentation package compliance.
• Responding to contract inquiries from internal departments.
• Preparing forms, support letters, and other documents accurately.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.

• Serve as a liaison between the site lease and legal for all documentation package compliance needs
• Respond to email inquiries regarding contracts from internal departments
• Prepare forms support letters and other documents accurately according to information received from the management
• Performs other related duties as assigned
