Job summary

Confidential in Riyadh seeks an experienced in-house Corporate Lawyer to provide comprehensive legal support across business operations, contracts, disputes, and regulatory matters. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance with labor, commercial, and corporate laws, and coordinating with external counsel as needed.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, fluency in Arabic and English, and the ability to manage confidential

Qualifications

  • LLB or equivalent degree in law.
  • Master’s degree or professional legal certification preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law or eligible under local regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide legal guidance to management and internal departments across the business.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and legal documents.
  • Ensure compliance with labor, commercial, corporate laws and industry standards.
  • Handle disputes, claims, litigation and coordinate with external law firms when required.
  • Review policies, procedures and governance frameworks from a legal perspective.
  • Advise on employment matters, disciplinary actions, and termination cases.
  • Support mergers, acquisitions, partnerships and other strategic transactions.
  • Protect IP rights, trademarks, copyrights, and confidential information.
  • Represent the company before government authorities and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and assess their business impact.
  • Conduct legal risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain proper legal documentation and records.

Job description

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
  • Master’s Degree or professional legal certification is preferred.
  • Licensed to practice law or eligible under local regulations (preferred).
  • Minimum 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in corporate or commercial law.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate, commercial, labor, and contract law.
  • Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail and risk awareness.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
