The ideal candidate has over 8 years of experience, with at least 5 years in learning and development, and strong skills in instructional design and facilitation. Training
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Learning and Development Manager to design and develop engaging learning collateral and materials for a company in large scale B2B Exhibitions. Collaborating closely with subject matter experts within the organization, you will translate expertise into effective training content. You will also be responsible for establishing processes, policies, and procedures in consultation with the business, as well as building a comprehensive train-the-trainer program. Additionally, you will provide facilitation guidance and hands‑on support to subject matter experts to deliver engaging, impactful training sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
