Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.

  • Promote learning initiatives and support training calendars.

About the location

AMAALA is situated along Saudi Arabia's northwest coast and is home to some of the most diverse natural environments. About the Role

The Learning & Development Coordinator supports the Learning & Development function by coordinating onboarding, training programs, and learning initiatives across the resort. This role ensures smooth delivery of programs, accurate training records, and effective learning operations.
