Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Project/Construction Management or related fields (or international equivalent).
• 8–10 years of relevant experience; or 12–14 years alternative.
• Proficiency in EcoSys, PowerBI and Microsoft applications; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trend program management and act as point of contact for trend initiation.
• Coordinate development of trend quantities and inputs with trend and package owners.
• Estimate trend cost and hours impacts; load cost codes into EcoSys.
• Manage trend dashboard and run weekly project trend meetings.
• Contribute to monthly cost reporting; ensure accurate trend data.
