Job summary

Jacobs seeks an experienced Construction / Project Manager - Fit-Out & Theming in Saudi Arabia to lead on-site delivery of complex fit-out and themed environments on a major entertainment project. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, coordinating with contractors, consultants, IP stakeholders and operations teams.

You will protect the approved creative intent while ensuring look, feel, quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction or project management experience in complex environments.
• Theming experience delivering themed attractions or immersive environments is mandatory.
• Delivery leadership on-site construction, installation, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Strong knowledge of themed construction, interior fit-out, AV and show systems, and QA processes.
• Experience in managing contractors, budgets, schedules, procurement interfaces, changes, risks, and reporting.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including creative, IP, operators and design authorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor-level degree in a related field; professional certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction and delivery of fit-out and themed environments and systems.
• Manage contractors and vendors to ensure safety, schedule and budget compliance.
• Drive daily site progress and resolve issues affecting installation and handover.
• Coordinate interfaces between themed works, interior fit-out, AV/show systems, MEP and base-build.
• Protect creative intent through inspections, samples, mock-ups and workmanship.
• Oversee design information, submittals, RFIs and shop drawings.
• Manage IP approvals for materials, mock-ups and installations.
• Coordinate inspections, commissioning, snagging and final acceptance.
• Monitor risks, performance, variations and milestones; lead handover readiness.
