Job summary

GE Vernova's FieldCore team seeks a Lead TFA to manage site activities at customer power facilities. You will organize resources, supervise installation, calibration, and preventive maintenance, and drive safety and quality on site.

You will coordinate with customers, prepare reports, mentor other engineers, and travel extensively to projects. English proficiency and robust field services background are essential, with ability to work holidays and overtime as required.

Qualifications

• Technical/University degree OR 4 years field services experience.
• 7+ years in field services or power generation maintenance.
• Level III training completion (minimum).
• Strong ability to read electrical/mechanical diagrams and perform alignment.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate site activities.
• Install systems and perform preventive maintenance and calibration.
• Respond to emergency repairs.
• Provide technical instruction to customer representatives.
• Prepare technical reports and time/expense sheets.
• Ensure parts are shipped to site.
• Coach and train team members.
• Travel extensively to projects.
