Job summary

We are actively looking for a Sales Team Leader to join the our eXtra Store in Alkharj. The role requires leading, coaching, and motivating the sales team to drive section performance and meet KPIs.

You will ensure excellent customer service, monitor performance, and maintain product availability and merchandising in line with company standards. The position requires 2–5 years of retail sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role, and fluency in Arabic and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; diploma with strong relevant experience accepted.
• 2–5 years of retail sales experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Responsibilities
