Job summary

Hudson Manpower seeks a Lead QA/QC Inspector for Oil & Gas and petrochemical projects in Saudi Arabia. You will lead QA/QC inspections of pressure vessels, tanks, and heat exchangers to ensure compliance with ASME, API, and Aramco standards.

The role requires certified CWI or CSWIP with ASNT Level II in NDT, and hands-on oversight of NDT activities, vendor coordination, and ITP/report preparation to produce final quality dossiers.

Qualifications

• Certified in welding and inspection standards (CWI/CSWIP) with NDT Level II
• Proficient with ASME, API, and AWS fabrication/inspection codes
• Experience reviewing WPS, PQRs, and welder qualifications
• Experience monitoring NDT activities and coordinating with vendors/inspectors
• Ability to prepare ITPs, inspection reports and final quality dossiers

Responsibilities

• Lead QA/QC inspections for pressure vessels, tanks and heat exchangers
• Ensure compliance with ASME, API and Aramco standards
• Review and approve WPS, PQRs and welder qualifications
• Monitor NDT activities and personnel; coordinate with vendors/inspectors
• Prepare ITPs, inspection reports and final quality dossiers
• Interface with clients for hold/witness points, DCL submissions and testing
• Handle NCRs and drive corrective actions and quality improvements
