Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking a Production Supervisor, Drive Unit to lead a front-line Saudi national team on the DU assembly line at AMP-2, launching and ramping up a new facility. You will own safety, quality, delivery, and people metrics for your section.

You will drive continuous improvement, enforce standardized work, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and develop Saudi operators while ensuring HV safety and traceability across the drive unit. Fluent in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years in EV/automotive manufacturing; 2+ years in front-line supervision.
• Working knowledge of Drive Unit assembly processes.
• HV safety competency or commitment to achieve within 60 days.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• SAP/MES proficiency is preferred.
• Lean/TPS experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production execution for an assigned DU line section.
• Monitor cycle time, takt, OEE, FPY, and hourly build rate; expedite deviations.
• Conduct start-of-shift briefings and end-of-shift handovers with reports.
• Enforce SWI compliance and standardized work at every station.
• Collaborate across Production, Quality, Maintenance, and suppliers to hit goals.
• Lead shift-level safety, quality, and performance improvements.
