Job summary

KABSNT in Saudi Arabia's Riyadh region is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee the daily production line at our factory.

You will lead a 10–20 person workforce, ensure quality standards, coordinate with the warehouse, and train staff to achieve top productivity.

The ideal candidate holds a diploma or bachelor's in industrial engineering, chemistry or a related field and has at least five years of manufacturing experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry or similar.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily mixing, filling and packaging operations
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and product specifications
• Manage and train the workforce team (10-20 people)
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate with the warehouse
• Document processes and report any deviations
