Job summary

Jeeny in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Product Designer to lead a team of product designers and elevate UX research.

You will guide user testing, discoveries from research, prioritize design backlogs, and shape short- and long-term design strategy. The role emphasizes collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional mobility and eCommerce experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product for user-facing mobile and web applications.
• Experience in tech companies in transportation, deliveries and eCommerce is a plus.
• Experience in the Middle East (KSA/Jordan) is a plus.
• Native Arabic speaker preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PDs or APDs and contribute to their personal development
• Manage and guide ongoing UX research and user testing
• Produce and review comprehensive discoveries from user research regularly
• Prioritize design backlogs and manage design sprints
• Review the work done by the team regularly
• Track, report and achieve relevant metrics and KPIs regularly
• Build short term and long term design strategy
• Represent the design team on multiple forums and conduct thought workshops

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who can come and lead a team of product designers at Jeeny and take UX research to next level.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of PDs or APDs and contribute towards their personal development
• Manage and guide on constant user experience research and user testing
• Produce and review comprehensive discoveries from user research on a regular basis
• Prioritize design backlogs and manage design sprints
• Review the work done by the team on a regular basis
• Track, report and achieve relevant metrics and KPIs on a regular level
• Build short term and long term design strategy
• Represent the design team on multiple forums and conduct thought workshops
