Job summary

Adree, a subsidiary of Master Works, seeks a Senior Performance Test Engineer to lead performance testing across enterprise applications, with hands-on expertise in workload modeling and test automation. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related field.
• 8+ years of software testing experience, including 4+ years in performance testing/engineering and prior leadership.
• Hands-on experience in performance-test scripting, workload modeling, and diagnostics.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/REST APIs, web services, databases, and performance bottlenecks.
• Experience integrating performance tests with CI/CD pipelines and source control.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the performance test strategy, standards, and gates.
• Analyze volumes, usage patterns, and nonfunctional requirements to create workload models.
• Plan and execute load, stress, endurance, scalability, capacity, and spike tests.
• Design, develop, and maintain performance-test scripts and reusable components.
• Coordinate readiness with DevOps and infrastructure teams.
• Correlate monitoring data to identify bottlenecks and root causes.
• Deliver clear technical recommendations and trend reports.
• Lead defect triage and performance tuning discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Produce test plans, status updates, and executive summaries.
