Job summary

Talents Sea | تالنتس سي is seeking a strong .NET Developer Team Lead who can both code and lead. You will manage a small team of .NET developers, design scalable solutions, and ensure delivery according to business requirements.

Responsibilities include leading a team, developing with ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+, reviewing code, and collaborating with QA, Product, and DevOps to resolve issues and document technical work.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in .NET / ASP.NET Core development.
• Strong proficiency in C#, Web API, EF Core, LINQ.
• Solid SQL Server knowledge and database design.
• Experience with e-correspondence systems is preferred.
• Experience with Git / Azure DevOps.
• Ability to lead, delegate, and follow up with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using ASP.NET Core / .NET 6+
• Review code, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices
• Translate business requirements into technical tasks and estimates
• Work closely with QA, Product, and DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Prepare technical documentation
