Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Lead Architect to join our team for a major metro project, with a focus on station architecture. The ideal candidate will bring strong design review, multidisciplinary coordination, and project delivery experience within complex transportation environments, and will oversee architectural aspects from design through construction.

This opportunity is part of a bid submission and is therefore subject to project award and client approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture is required.
• At least 15 years of relevant experience in architectural design and delivery.
• Experience on major metro, rail, or transportation projects is essential.
• GCC and KSA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural review and coordination for metro station projects.
• Oversee design development, compliance, and constructability.
• Coordinate with structural, civil, MEP, urban design and specialists.
• Support client and PMC leadership with technical reviews and QA.
• Manage RFIs, NCRs, changes, and technical queries related to architecture.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure conformance with designs.
