Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in lifting and rigging supervision.
• Mandatory experience in high-rise building construction.
• Mandatory tower crane experience.
• Experience on large-scale projects in hospitality or mega construction.
• Knowledge of lifting plans, rigging practices, load handling.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations on site.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all lifting and rigging activities on site.
• Plan and control daily lifting operations with the lifting team.
• Ensure activities follow lifting plans, method statements, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, signalmen, and site engineers.
• Inspect lifting equipment and rigging gear before use.
• Maintain lifting records and inspection logs.
• Conduct toolbox talks and provide guidance to teams.
• Stop unsafe lifting operations and report hazards immediately.
• Monitor compliance with procedures and HSE requirements.
• Coordinate lifting with other construction operations.
