Job summary

ADC is seeking a skilled Tower Crane Operator to safely lift and place heavy materials on our Riyadh construction sites. You will follow lifting plans and maintain precise crane operations to keep projects on schedule.

Requirements include a valid Tower Crane Operator license and 3–5 years of experience in high-rise or large-scale construction, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. Safety-minded and physically fit candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Valid Tower Crane Operator license/certification.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience operating tower cranes on construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale construction projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of lifting and rigging operations.
• Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
• Knowledge of lifting operations and crane hand signals.

Responsibilities

• Operate tower crane safely and efficiently during construction activities.
• Lift, move, and position materials as directed.
• Follow approved lifting plans and load charts.
• Coordinate with riggers, signalmen, lifting supervisors, and site engineers.
• Inspect crane equipment and controls before operation.
• Monitor load weight, balance, and capacity limits.
• Maintain daily crane operation and inspection records.
• Secure crane during non-operational periods and adverse weather.
• Report defects or malfunctions.
