Job summary

KBR is seeking a Lead MAC Digitalization Engineer to guide the project’s digitalization strategy, integrating IIoT, data analytics, AI-enabled solutions, and OT/IT systems across all project phases. You will ensure alignment with standards, safety, and cybersecurity while driving data-driven decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university with extensive Oil & Gas or Petrochemical experience (18+ years).
• Lead must have 3+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years in a similar position on international Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the digitalization strategy and set implementation roadmaps across all project phases.
• Review design deliverables, objects, and digitalization objectives for conformance.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align digitalization activities with project goals.
• Evaluate and select digital technologies, platforms, and innovative solutions.
• Ensure governance, cybersecurity requirements, and industry standards are met.
• Track benefits realization and report on digitalization performance to leadership.
