Job summary

Confidential Company in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily hydroponic leafy greens cultivation, including lettuce, arugula, kale, pak choi and spinach, ensuring high yield, quality, and food safety.

You will manage the full growing cycle, supervise farm workers, optimize nutrient management, monitor environmental controls, and ensure production plans are met while maintaining records and compliance with safety standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in agriculture or related field.
• 3–5 years of commercial hydroponic or greenhouse experience.
• Experience with leafy greens (lettuce, arugula, kale, pak choi, spinach).
• Strong knowledge of hydroponic nutrient management and pH/EC control.
• Experience with automated irrigation, fertigation, and climate-control systems.
• Experience supervising agricultural workers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hydroponic production activities from seeding through harvesting.
• Monitor crop growth, plant health, root development and crop uniformity.
• Maintain optimum pH, EC, nutrient concentration, temperature, humidity and irrigation parameters.
• Monitor hydroponic systems (NFT, DFT, multi-layer systems) and diagnose crop issues.
• Supervise farm workers and allocate daily tasks.
• Ensure production areas and equipment are maintained.
