Job summary

St. Regis Hotels & Resorts on Ummahat Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia, seeks a hands-on grounds supervisor to manage landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, and related facilities. You will monitor safety, track tools and supplies, and ensure outdoor areas meet the highest guest service standards.

Role includes coordinating plant orders, scheduling staff, and mentoring teammates. A valid driver's license and at least 3 years supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory experience.
• Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inventory of tools, equipment, or materials.
• Place orders for plants, new and replacement equipment, or supplies, staying within budget.
• Record water usages from pumps and wells.
• Perform minor repairs to structures using hand and power tools.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
• Operate tractors, trucks, or utility vehicles to transport equipment and supplies.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and motivating employees.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Protect company assets and ensure guest needs are met with professional communication.
