We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer who will guide a talented team of engineers in our Gen AI team in Riyadh, in building end-to-end AI-powered products. You will play a key role in designing scalable systems, mentoring developers, and ensuring technical excellence across our AI and gaming platforms.

Leadership & Team Management

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers working on GenAI products and internal platforms
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and AI engineers to define technical strategy and execution plans
• Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and uphold engineering best practices
• Guide the team in architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability
• Drive sprint planning, task prioritization, and delivery of high-impact features

Technical Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end full-stack applications that integrate AI capabilities, data visualization, and game operations
• Design and implement robust backend services (Node.js, Python/FastAPI) and responsive frontend interfaces (React, TypeScript)
• Develop and maintain APIs and microservices that connect AI/ML pipelines with production systems.
• Ensure secure authentication, authorization, and data integrity across applications
• Oversee cloud deployments (AWS/GCP), containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD workflows

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience, including at least 2 years in a team leadership role with direct management skills
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
• Strong backend expertise with Node.js, Python, or equivalent frameworks.
• Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD automation
• Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities
• A proactive mindset, capable of owning projects end-to-end while fostering team growth and collaboration

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI/ML pipelines, LLM integration, or GenAI applications
• Experience with real-time data and WebSocket-based applications
• Hands-on knowledge of data visualization libraries (D3.js, Plotly, Chart.js)
• Prior experience in the gaming industry or with game development tools
• Contributions to open-source or internal developer tooling
• Familiarity with serverless functions and infrastructure-as-code tools
