Job summary

Egis is seeking a Fire & Life Safety Site Inspector to lead on-site inspection, verification, and compliance monitoring of FLS systems across projects in Saudi Arabia. The role covers active and passive fire protection, fire alarm and detection, smoke control, means of egress, and life safety interfaces, from construction through testing and Civil Defence approval.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in fire protection, fire alarm, and life safety installations.
Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Experience coordinating with MEP, architectural, and structural disciplines.
Familiarity with Civil Defence requirements and NFPA standards.
NFPA CFI-II certification is must.
Professional certification in fire protection or inspection preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect and verify Fire & Life Safety systems on site.
Ensure installations conform to design documents, codes, and Civil Defence requirements.
Witness testing and commissioning of systems.
Coordinate corrective actions and handover to Civil Defence.
Document site observations throughout construction and inspection stages.
