Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an Equipment Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to lead maintenance and lifting operations on site. The role centers on directing lifting teams, coordinating heavy equipment activities and ensuring safe, compliant maintenance execution within contract terms.

Ideal candidates bring extensive Oil & Gas maintenance experience, proven leadership, and the ability to work across multicultural teams while traveling internationally.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic management skills
• An ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA

Responsibilities

• Be able to prepare job instructions to the equipment and lifting team
• Coordinate all heavy lifts and equipment on site
• Ensure Lifting equipment is in safe working use
• Supervise a lifting team
• Supervise a heavy equipment team
• Proactive Safety aptitude and behavior
• Ensure that personnel have the skills, training and all needed resources, equipment’s and tools to conduct routine maintenance activities in safe and effectively manner, according to the contract terms and conditions.
