Job summary

JASARA PMC in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced HSE Manager to lead the project’s HSE function, ensuring compliance with regulations and project standards across construction activities.

Lead the HSE team, oversee implementation of management plans, monitor contractor compliance, conduct audits, investigations, and report on KPI performance. Opportunities across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and more.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field (OSH preferred).
2+ years of experience, preferably on major construction/infrastructure projects.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Manager or senior HSE role.
Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

HSE Manager

Lead the overall HSE function for the project, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, project requirements, and HSE standards across all construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the project HSE team.
Oversee implementation of the project HSE management system and plans.
Monitor Contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
·Conduct HSE audits, inspections, and performance reviews.
Identify key HSE risks and ensure appropriate mitigation measures are implemented.
Lead investigations of incidents and recommend corrective actions.
Monitor HSE KPIs and prepare regular performance reports.
Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, and project stakeholders on HSE matters.
Promote a strong safety culture across the project.

Strong leadership and communication skills.
