Job summary

iSolution is seeking a senior software engineering leader in Riyadh to design, develop and deploy scalable applications. You will mentor a distributed team, guide architecture and drive DevOps practices across the development lifecycle.

The role requires strong technical breadth in modern languages, frameworks, cloud platforms and API design, with emphasis on security and reliability. Arabic language proficiency is preferred for collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years software development experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go.
• Experience with modern frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL) and system design.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.
