Job summary

Client of Aroma City Group is seeking an experienced Lead Design Architect to set the design direction for large-scale interior architecture and master planning projects in Riyadh. You will lead multidisciplinary teams from concept through design development and present the design vision to clients and senior stakeholders, ensuring quality, deadlines, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Architecture (required).
• 15+ years of experience in architecture/design leadership roles.
• Professional architect registration/licensure.
• Proven experience leading large-scale real estate or master planning projects.
• Experience in KSA or GCC markets and their regulatory environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, or ArchiCAD; strong presentation skills.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and green building standards.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Define the design strategy and architectural vision for each project from concept to execution
• Lead design teams through the concept schematic and design development phases ensuring quality consistency and on-time delivery
• Coordinate architecture interiors engineering and external consultants to deliver a cohesive outcome
• Integrate commercial regulatory and technical requirements into design solutions
• Present design intent and lead design reviews with clients executive stakeholders and authorities
• Manage multiple high-value projects within timeline and budget
• Mentor junior and mid-level architects and set design standards and best practices
• Support business development through design presentations and proposals

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture.
