Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in refining or petrochemicals and technologies.
• 15+ years’ experience in Petrochemicals and refining projects.
• Proven EPC project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate cost estimates for Change Orders.
• Review and validate contractor cost proposals (quantities, labor, materials, equipment, productivity, indirect costs).
• Verify MTOs, unit rates and cost build-ups.
• Benchmark contractor rates against historical data, contracts and market information.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Construction, Contracts, Planning and Cost Control to confirm scope and cost impacts.
