Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
• 4–5 years of professional architectural design experience.
• Strong experience in residential design and development projects.
• Ability to develop concepts from scratch, not just modify existing designs.
• Excellent creative thinking, visual design, and presentation skills.
• Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCAD and related visualization tools.
• Experience integrating AI tools into design workflows and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative architectural concepts and design ideas for residential projects from the initial stage.
• Lead the design process from concept development through schematic and final architectural design.
• Create commercially viable design solutions aligned with project vision, target market, and objectives.
• Prepare architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections and details.
• Produce high-quality 3D models, visualizations and renderings.
• Prepare design presentations and visual materials for management and stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools and emerging design technologies to generate concepts and improve workflow.
• Research latest architectural trends and AI technologies for residential development.
• Ensure designs comply with Saudi Building Code and municipal regulations.
• Coordinate with engineering, development and project teams for practical, buildable designs.
• Review deliverables from external consultants to align with design vision.
• Contribute to developing a distinctive architectural identity for residential projects.
