Job summary

Lucid Motors in Saudi Arabia is seeking a PWT Launch Engineer to plan, coordinate, and execute all launch activities for new vehicle programs and changes. You will interface with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Product Development to ensure a successful SOP and production readiness.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering and 3+ years in automotive manufacturing, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of automotive manufacturing experience.
• Experience supporting new vehicle launches or production ramp-up.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute launch activities for new vehicle programs and changes.
• Lead readiness assessments and build event coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities to meet launch requirements.
• Monitor timing and escalate risks affecting objectives.
• Lead prototype, pilot, validation, and production builds.
• Track launch issues and drive closure with responsible teams.
