Job summary

Aramco Stadium is seeking a Landscaping Lead to plan and coordinate landscaping activities for the stadium's exterior and interior spaces. You will manage third-party vendors, maintain plant health and ensure presentation aligns with event and sponsor requirements.

The role focuses on delivering a safe, immaculate precinct for every event, with a seasonal design plan and adherence to budgets and standards across the venue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Turf Management, Horticulture or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate landscaping activities across all exterior and interior areas of the stadium.
• Oversee plantings, seasonal displays and the maintenance of green spaces.
• Develop and implement a seasonal landscape design plan.
• Oversee and ensure appropriate, regular maintenance in line with the event calendar.
• Monitor plant health, irrigation and pest control measures.
• Ensure the stadium’s exterior and interior presentation is aligned with event and sponsor requirements.
• Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Manage third-party landscape vendors and service providers.
• Maintain a landscaping budget and track expenditures.

Education

Landscaping Lead

Role Purpose

The Landscaping Lead ensures that all outdoor and indoor areas of Aramco Stadium, including parking, walkways and exterior spaces, are well maintained, visually appealing and aligned with the stadium’s branding and event standards. Reporting to the Head Groundskeeper, the role plans and coordinates all landscaping activity across the stadium’s exterior and interior, manages third-party landscape vendors and delivers a seasonal landscape design plan that keeps the precinct presentation-ready for every event and sponsor requirement.

Primary Outcome

To deliver an exterior and interior precinct that is safe, immaculately presented and ready for every event on the calendar, with plant health, irrigation, pest control and vendor performance managed within budget and to the standard expected of a leading international venue.

Key Responsibilities
