The ideal candidate brings a strong background in landscape architecture, CAD/BIM proficiency, and project management skills, contributing to high-impact commercial and mixed-use projects.
Qualifications
- Ten years of experience in landscape architecture and design.
- Advanced proficiency in CAD software and landscape design tools.
- Strong knowledge of horticulture, plant selection and arid-climate maintenance.
- Experience with site analysis, grading, drainage and irrigation design.
- Understanding of sustainable landscaping practices.
- Excellent drawing and specification writing skills.
- Demonstrated project management experience across multiple projects.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with 3D visualization and rendering software.
- Experience with BIM technology.
- Knowledge of GIS applications.
- Familiarity with local regulations and building standards in Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in large-scale commercial, residential, or mixed-use landscapes.
- Collaborative mindset for multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Responsibilities
- Analyze project sites to understand topography, climate, and vegetation for Riyadh's arid environment.
- Develop landscape concepts and master plans aligned with client objectives.
- Create detailed drawings, specs, and construction documents using CAD and related tools.
- Select plants, hardscape, and irrigation suitable for local climate and water conservation.
- Prepare 3D visualizations and renderings to present concepts to clients.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors for project integration.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design intent.
- Incorporate sustainable practices into design solutions.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while maintaining quality.
- Clearly communicate ideas to clients, presenting options and justifications.
- Stay current with industry trends and technologies in landscape architecture.
- Ensure designs comply with Riyadh's regulations and environmental guidelines.
