Job summary

Work corp in Riyadh is seeking a highly motivated Land Surveyor to join our team. You will conduct surveys of land and property for residential, commercial and industrial purposes, and work with modern measuring tools to ensure accuracy.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience, a strong eye for detail, and the ability to work independently. GIS knowledge is a plus and knowledge of boundary law is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field preferred (not required with sufficient experience).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor or equivalent.
• Familiarity with GIS is an asset.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Analyze legal documents such as deeds, titles and property descriptions to determine boundaries of properties.
• Visit sites or properties to identify specific locations of interest.
• Ensure accuracy of data by double-checking measurements.
• Monitor changes in terrain or property over time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or a related field is preferred but not necessary with sufficient experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Land Surveyor or equivalent role.
• Proven track record in accurately measuring distances and angles between points is required.
• Familiarity with geographic information systems (GIS) technology is an asset.
