Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in land surveying.
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software (AutoCAD, GIS).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and maps.
- Strong mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Physical fitness for outdoor work.
- Preferred: Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification.
- Fluency in English.
Responsibilities
- Conduct precise land surveys using total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to determine project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards for all survey work.
- Manage survey projects from start to finish including planning, data collection, analysis, and final deliverables.
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements in surveying technology.
- Travel to various project sites as needed.
