Job summary

Work standard in Riyadh is seeking a Land Surveyor to join our team. The role involves accurately measuring and mapping land areas, preparing detailed maps and reports, and ensuring measurement validity.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and knowledge of surveying equipment such as Total Station. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required; 1 year of experience is welcomed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Land Surveying or related field is preferred but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with land surveys is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
• Strong understanding of mathematics (geometry, trigonometry).
• Knowledge of surveying equipment such as Total Station is preferred but not required.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct and analyze land surveys for construction projects
• Measure distances, angles and elevations using specialized equipment
• Interpret aerial photographs, maps and other data sources
• Prepare detailed maps, reports and drawings based on survey data
• Monitor construction progress to ensure accuracy of measurements taken
• Provide guidance on technical issues related to land surveying
• Inspect land survey sites as needed to identify potential issues
