شركة صناعية في منطقة مكة، جدة، تبحث عن محلل مختبر للقيام باختبارات تحليلية للمواد الخام والمنتجات. يجب أن يكون المتقدم حاصلاً على بكالوريوس في العلوم أو الهندسة الكيميائية ولديه خبرة سنتين على الأقل. كما يتطلب وظيفته إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية ومهارات دقة عالية في وإدارة الوقت. توفر الشركة بيئة عمل رائعة ومناسبة للتطوير المهني.

Responsibilities

• إجراء التحليلات للمواد الخام والمنتجات النهائية.
• تصميم وتنفيذ اختبارات المختبر وفقاً للإجراءات القياسية.
• التعاون مع الجودة والتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير ISO.

Job description

Performs analytical testing for raw materials, packaging materials, semi-finished product and final products in the lab with compliance to IQ requirements and GMP standards, and is responsible for lab devices.

Key Accountabilities:

• Perform analysis for raw materials, semi-finished materials, and finished products, then submit the required reports.
• Design and implement laboratory tests according to standard procedures, and collect all records for certificates of analysis for products and raw materials
• Collect data to prepare and develop technical specifications.
• Performing the required testing for new raw and packaging materials samples to confirm compliance with the specifications and report the results.
• Cooperating with QA and QC in developing tests related to raw materials and products, and submitting suggestions that contribute to product development
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards
• Perform routine laboratory testing in compliance with the predetermined sampling plan to support finished product release and validation, and to ensure safe operations, and conformance to IQ standards and good manufacturing practices "GMP's".
• Use analytical instrumentation such as a pH meter, a conductivity meter, a spectrophotometer, densitometer. etc
• Perform monthly lab consumables inventory, request out-of-stock items, and remove any expired or near-expired chemicals or consumables.
• Ensure the manufacturing of safe products and apply key GMP roles in his area of concern.

Qualifications:

Education:

A Bachelor's Degree in Science or Chemical Engineering froma recognized university is required

Experience:

• Previous Experience:
• Practical experience of 2 years in the field of testing labs, preferred perfume manufacturing field.
• Good command of English.
• Skills and Abilities:
• Accuracy with documentation, reporting, and follow-up

Skills:

• Understanding of GLP, Laboratory operations,s and industrial best practices with Quality & GMP background.
• Good knowledge of GMP and quality systems standards.
• Good command on MS package.

Language:

Strong verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
