Job summary

FLINT INTERNATIONAL MIDDLE EAST is seeking a seasoned Kubernetes specialist to lead cluster architecture across multi-cloud, on‑premises, or hybrid environments from Riyadh. You will implement RBAC, network policies, and container security scans, and automate deployments using GitOps with Argo CD.

A Bachelor's degree and 4–5 years of Kubernetes experience are required. Saudi nationality is preferred; immediate joiners or those with up to 30 days notice may apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 4-5 years hands-on experience with Kubernetes.
• KSA nationality is required.
• Cluster architecture: design and maintain multi-cloud, on-premises, or hybrid Kubernetes clusters.
• Security & compliance: RBAC, network policies, and container security scans.
• Automation (CI/CD): GitOps with Argo CD and deployment pipelines.
• Observability: setup monitoring, logging, and alerting with Prometheus and Grafana.
• IaC: provision cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, or OpenTofu.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes technology.
• Should be Saudi Nationality
• Cluster Architecture: Design and maintain multi-cloud, on-premises, or hybrid Kubernetes clusters.
• Security & Compliance: Implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), network policies, and container security scans.
• Automation (CI/CD): Integrate systems with GitOps tools like Argo CD and build deployment pipelines.
• Observability: Set up cluster monitoring, logging, and alerting systems using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
• Infrastructure as Code: Provision cloud environments using Terraform, Ansible, or OpenTofu

Optional: Kubernetes certifications are a plus
