A leading hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Kitchen Technician to ensure the maintenance of kitchen equipment and respond to breakdowns. The ideal candidate should be a licensed boiler operator, have hands-on experience, and a good command of English. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment, ensure guest satisfaction through effective maintenance, and comply with safety and environmental policies. A proactive and flexible attitude is essential for this role.

As a Kitchen Technician you are responsible for all the Kitchen equipment maintenance as instructed by the General Mechanical Supervisor while adhering to Hotel policies and procedures, whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
You should ideally be a licensed high / low pressure boiler operator with previous experiences in a similar role and a proven knowledge in the operation of equipment such as steam engines, generators, motors, turbines and / or steam boilers. A good command of English and the ability to find fault and rectify subsystems are essentials.
