Job description
Responsibilities
  • Build data base about tenders’ time tables, potential and decision makers establish new business opportunities and channels.
  • Capture ad-hoc (direct purchases) business opportunities through regular KA (Key Accounts) visits and lobby of concerned persons (Purchasers, Pharmacists).
  • Initiate, negotiate and receive RFQ along with quotation preparation, delivery & approval.
  • Receive purchasing order & submit back to the concerned department.
  • Get profit from synergies with other territory teams and other field players.
  • Introduce and promote existing products and new launches through promotion to doctors, clinical pharmacists, Product technical committees and pharmacists. In addition to managing evaluation studies when required
  • Manage promotional budget to balance between customers’ scientific support and return on related investment.
  • Participate in trade shows, conferences, standalone meetings, Group Meetings and conventions.
  • Plan for target achievement and split between accounts.
  • Report plan progress on weekly basis, identify gaps and plan of action to close it.
  • Prepare & update reports about customers’ profile, needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Perform market research for under registration products.
  • Report product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through different channels.
  • Update the company database frequently.
  • Ensure confidentiality of all documents and information related to work.
  • Perform any other duties related to the job according to the business needs.
