Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking a Financial Analyst – JV to assist the Financial Controller with high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. The role focuses on data integrity, timely reporting, and meaningful insights to support business performance and strategic decisions.

Key duties include closing processes, IFRS-compliant reporting, and developing financial models and dashboards in SAP. The position requires 1–4 years in finance and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (or in progress) such as CPA, SOCPA, CMA is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of IFRS and financial reporting principles.
• 1–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or financial analysis.
• Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, reporting, or financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
• Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports in line with IFRS and internal requirements.
• Prepare and maintain financial schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across reporting systems and SAP.
• Support the preparation of management reports and financial dashboards.
