Job summary

Al Rugaib Holding Company is seeking motivated Junior Site Engineers to join our contracting and construction division on a structured graduate development path. You will work under senior engineers to supervise site works and learn on major building projects.

The role provides hands-on experience on construction methods, site safety, and progress reporting, with opportunities to rotate across different site activities and develop practical skills in AutoCAD and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Architectural Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership or eligibility to register.
• Basic knowledge of construction methods, structural and architectural drawings.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Willingness to work on site and learn from experienced engineers.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising daily site activities under the direction of the Senior Site Engineer.
• Check that works are executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor subcontractor manpower, equipment and daily progress and record them in site reports.
• Prepare inspection requests and attend inspections with the QA/QC engineer.
• Assist in quantity take-off and verification of executed works.
• Maintain site records, photos and daily logs.
• Follow site safety rules and report unsafe conditions.
• Participate in training and rotation across different site activities as assigned.
