Elm Company is seeking an Associate Legal Advisor to support the delivery of legal services within the Integrated Solutions Group and AI initiatives. The role involves conducting legal research, preparing initial legal drafts, and assisting with contractual, corporate, and dispute-related matters under supervision.
You will contribute to accurate legal documentation, timely case follow-up, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and internal procedures, while coordinating with senior advisers
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related legal discipline.
- 0–2 years of relevant experience in legal research, contract drafting and review, corporate legal support, or related legal work. Fresh graduates are eligible.
Responsabilités
- Conduct legal research and summarize laws, regulations, and precedents for senior review.
- Prepare initial legal notes, draft responses, and refer matters requiring interpretation to supervising advisers.
- Draft and review routine agreements, amendments, and correspondence using templates and instructions.
- Collect and organize legal inputs for bids, project agreements, and commercial transactions.
- Assist with preparing negotiation materials and tracking outstanding contractual issues.
- Support documentation and follow-up of contract obligations, changes, renewals, and close-out requirements.
- Research AI, software, IP, and technology topics and summarize developments for senior advisers.
- Assist in preparing and updating subsidiary corporate documents and records.
