Job summary

Daikin Group in Riyadh is seeking an HVAC Assistant Technician (Saudi Talent – Early Career) with a Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning to join our Service & Maintenance team in Riyadh.

You will support the service team with maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites, gaining hands-on experience with Chillers, VRV, DX, AHU, FAHU, and FCU systems while developing your technical and

Qualifications

Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning.
Fresh graduates or entry‑level professionals with 0–1 year of relevant experience.
Internship or industrial training is a plus.
Basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical fundamentals.
Willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.
Good teamwork, communication, and customer‑service skills.
Good Arabic communication skills and basic English.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
Comfortable working at customer sites and outdoors.
Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Responsibilities

Attend service and maintenance calls for HVAC systems.
Assist with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, installation, and commissioning.
Identify and report mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration faults.
Perform basic refrigerant handling, leak checks, and component replacement under supervision.
Read basic technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and service manuals.
Prepare service reports and maintain accurate records.
Follow all HSE and quality standards.
Maintain tools and equipment and provide professional customer support.
