Job summary

Daikin Middle East & Africa is seeking an HVAC Assistant Technician in Jeddah for Saudi Talent – Early Career. You will support the service team with maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning at customer sites, gaining hands-on experience across Chillers, VRV, DX, AHU, FAHU, and FCU systems.

Fresh graduates with a Diploma or Certificate and basic English/Arabic are encouraged. This role offers hands-on training, safety focus, and potential career growth within Daikin’s global HVAC network.

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical/vocational certificate in HVAC, refrigeration, or air conditioning.
• Fresh graduates or 0–1 year of relevant experience.
• Internship or industrial training is a plus.
• Basic understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical fundamentals.
• Willingness to learn and develop troubleshooting skills.
• Good teamwork, communication, and customer-service skills.
• Good Arabic communication skills and basic English.
• Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Comfortable working at customer sites and outdoors.
• Strong commitment to safety and quality.

About the Role

We are looking for Saudi Talent – Early Career with a Diploma or Technical/Vocational Certificate in HVAC, Refrigeration, or Air Conditioning to join our Service & Maintenance team as an HVAC Assistant Technician in Jeddah.

In this role, you will support our experienced service team with HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, installation, testing, and commissioning at customer sites. You will gain hands‑on experience with leading HVAC technologies, including Chillers, VRV, DX, AHU, FAHU, and FCU systems, while developing your technical and problem‑solving skills.
